Are there any whitening devices?

I am very interested in whitening, but I am wondering if the tone appears brighter because using a device makes the skin moisturized and firm, or if it is actually possible to see a whitening effect with the device itself.

Devices costing hundreds of dollars are a burden, so it would be difficult to purchase, but I am willing to buy one if there is a product with good value for money.

If you have experience using a device with good whitening effects, please recommend one.
