How much sunblock or sunscreen do you apply per day?

I am in my 40s and have a family history of freckles and age spots, so I am always worried about the blemishes on my face.

Various beauty YouTube channels place great importance on UV protection.

They say to apply sunscreen even if there is only enough light to see the text.

I used to apply it when going out in the morning, but actually, I don't use it anymore.

Maybe that's why I feel like my freckles are getting worse.

I am curious about how often you apply it.

My biggest wish is to have clear skin without any blemishes.
