Please tell me how to remove blackheads.

My blackheads are still there even in winter. I developed severe blackheads because my pores widened from sweating a lot during the summer. Even now in winter, I can see blackheads around my nose and cheeks, and they don't disappear even if I wash my face thoroughly. Please tell me how to get rid of them.
