What is the machine for removing blackheads?

I am a man who has never properly managed my blackheads. These days, men are expected to take good care of themselves, too. Back in my teenage years, I used to try things like nose strips. I used to buy them quite often because I was very conscious of my appearance back then, but gradually, I stopped paying attention to them.

Are there separate devices sold for removing blackheads? I've heard that blackheads are clumps of sebum, so you need to manage oil and dead skin cells well. I'm wondering which products would be good for first-time users.
