Is Ilso Sebum Softener effective for removing sebum?⁉️

I saw a lot of recommendations for the Ilso Sebum Softener on the Hwahae app. Is it effective for removing sebum? I used to use nose strips a lot, but I stopped because they enlarged my pores. I noticed in the reviews that it comes as a set with cotton swabs for removal, so I'm curious about its effectiveness.
