What is a good sunscreen for oily skin?

I'm not sure if it's because of the sunscreen I use or just my skin, but my skin is always shiny.

Even if I do a good job with my base makeup, it shows that I have oily skin after applying sunscreen.

What sunscreens are good for oily skin?

I want to know of a product that isn't greasy but offers great UV protection.

Would it be better if I finished with powder after using it?
