Can you recommend a soap that is good for skin troubles?

I've been getting a lot of tiny bumps and breakouts lately, so I heard that soap types are good.

I tried using egg soap again because it used to work well for me, but lately I'm not really sure if it's any better.

Do you happen to have any recommendations for good handmade soaps or beauty bars?
