Do I really need to double cleanse after using sunscreen?

Since it's summer these days, I apply sunscreen more often.
I am using a product with a higher UV protection factor.
However, since my skin is so sensitive, if I double cleanse...
It irritated my skin. If I do a second cleanse after the first one...
I also experience skin problems the next day, such as tightness or redness....
So, if possible, I want to finish with just the first cleanse (foam cleanser), but
I heard somewhere that you really need to double cleanse.
Come to think of it, if I apply it before leaving in the morning and come back home in the evening
Actually, isn't it already quite faded...? I'm wondering if double cleansing is really necessary.
If there is a double cleansing method that works well even for sensitive skin, I would like to know that too.
(For reference, the sunscreen I am currently using is Round Lab Birch Mineral Sunscreen.)
