I'm someone whose eye makeup smudges so much overall that I get really self-conscious about it starting in the afternoon.
So, since I haven't really done my eyebrows as well as my eye makeup, I'd like some recommendations for beginner eyebrow products.
Is there anything out there that is especially smudge-free, comfortable to use, and portable?
