What would be a good water-resistant eyebrow pencil?

I think eyebrows are really important to the face.

Even if I finish my makeup, if I don't draw my eyebrows, it feels like I didn't do it at all. So, even when I go out, I always make sure to draw my eyebrows, even if I don't wear makeup.

I'm so envious of people with thick eyebrows.

You just need to refine it well and draw it lightly.

I didn't have much charcoal to begin with, but I pulled it out and shaved it off with a knife while tidying up, so now hardly any new grows.

I am currently drawing my eyebrows with this product, but as time passes, the oiliness causes the drawn lines to fade away with just a slight touch.

Now that the weather is getting warmer, I'd like recommendations for eyebrow products that are long-lasting and water-resistant.
