When grooming eyebrows, which is easier to manage: plucking or shaving?

There are also cases where people shave their eyebrows with a razor.
I've seen cases where they pull them out one by one with tweezers.
If I forcibly pulled them out, they would be removed by the roots and cleaned up neatly, but I was worried that my skin might sag.
So, ever since I was very young, I only trim my eyelids with an eyebrow razor.
Even though it takes more effort, I think the results last longer if I pluck them out, and I should just pluck the noticeable ones. Am I right?
If skin sagging isn't a big deal, I'm going to ditch the knife and try using tweezers.
