Please tell me about home care for skin with large pores.

I am worried because my pores keep getting wider and wider and are becoming very noticeable.

It keeps bothering me and catching my eye every time I look in the mirror.

How do people with this kind of skin manage it?

I don't really do anything special; just using a face mask is all.
