Can I use home care devices after a skin procedure?

I recently had a skin treatment (Ulthera).

The clinic where I had the procedure said I could use home care devices like radio frequency and ultrasound immediately to maintain the results after Ulthera, but I'm worried because most answers on YouTube and Q&A sites say I shouldn't use them for at least 1 to 4 weeks. I used home ultrasound and radio frequency devices for a total of about 30 minutes (morning and evening combined) only on the day after the procedure; is there a possibility that the effects of Ulthera might decrease?
