I've been doing a face mask every evening after washing up because it feels like it calms both my skin and my mind. However, lately, I've suddenly started wondering: is this mask really right for me? It feels moisturizing and firm while I'm using it, which is nice, but sometimes I feel a bit sticky after washing it off. Still, I feel like I'm not taking care of myself if I don't do it, so I keep doing it. Is there any home care routine other than face masks that is perfect for my skin, easy to do consistently, and works perfectly?
