Please tell me about home care for freckles, age spots, and blemishes.

When I was young, I didn't realize how important sunscreen was. T_T I've only just started applying it now, even when I'm just staying at home, but it's already too late, haha.

As I get older, freckles, age spots... all kinds of blemishes are appearing.

Of course, dermatological care would be necessary, but...

I am hesitant to go to a dermatologist due to various issues, such as side effects and costs.

I'm doing home care with the hope that it will get even a little shallower rather than trying to get rid of it completely...

I'm going to try using this one.

I haven't been doing it lately because I've been lazy, but I've also tried making a face mask with perilla seed powder haha.

By any chance, is there a home care method that you found effective?
