I do some walking for exercise.
As you walk, there are many steep inclines and declines, and as you do that, your toenails get a bit misaligned,
My heels are getting very stiff, and hard calluses are forming.
Of course, age probably plays a role to some extent as well.
Washing morning and evening every day isn't enough to solve the problem.
Is there anyone here who manages this at home?
I saw a foot care cream; would it be effective?
I wear New Balance; should I change my shoes?
