It applies smoothly and feels moisturizing. As a serum foundation, it creates a radiant finish. Since cushion foundations and BB creams don't cover blemishes well, I needed a foundation that goes on with a bit of thickness, and this is great. The color is bright and brightens the skin by more than half a shade, and it emphasizes dry patches less, so I recommend it for dry skin.
