I recommend a long-lasting foundation! It is the Dior Forever 24H Wear High Perfection Foundation. It is already a well-known foundation, highly recommended by many cosmetics review YouTubers. It comes in glow and matte types, and this is the matte version. Although it is matte, it is not drying; it is semi-matte, making it great for summer use. As you can tell from the name, it also wears off later than other foundations, even in the summer, and breaks down beautifully.
