Has anyone tried the 'WakeMake Water Velvet Cover Foundation'?

I'm looking around at Olive Young thinking about buying a new foundation.

I saw that the WakeMake Water Velvet Cover Foundation was in first place!

If you purchase on a first-come, first-served basis, you will also receive a brush with the puff.

The foundation itself was also incredibly affordable!

But I have dry skin, so seeing that the foundation name includes "velvet"...

It seems like it might be a bit matte... hmm...

Has anyone used this product?
