By any chance, how do you get rid of milia?

I've been worried about small pimples appearing on my forehead and next to my nose for the past few months. An acquaintance told me that I could just sterilize a needle and pop them, but I'm too scared to do it. Do you have any recommendations? Or should I go to a dermatologist? This is actually quite stressful for me these days.
