One of the cosmetics I've used for a really, really long time is Dr. Jart BB Silver Plus! Also known as the Dr. Jart Silver Label BB!

It isn't too matte, it's moisturizing, and spreads well.

It has decent coverage, so it covers all fine blemishes.

It seems like it is!

It's affordable, so even if I use other products, I always end up coming back to this one...
