(For dry skin) What is good for increasing the longevity of base makeup?

I have Urban Decay setting spray, but it causes skin breakouts whenever I spray it...

It’s fine whether it’s powder or another product.

Does anyone know of a product for dry skin that can improve base makeup longevity while being less drying?

I would be really grateful if you could recommend this to me like crazy.
