Foundation that doesn't cake even with sunscreen

My face has been getting so tanned lately because I haven't been going around wearing sunscreen, so I'm applying it now.

I'm stressed because when I apply sunscreen, my makeup starts to look cakey by the afternoon, and even though I have dry skin, my makeup produces a lot of oil. I want a foundation that adheres well to the skin; are there any such products? VDL products suited me well, but I want to try something different.
