Is it okay to use a face mask every day for combination skin?
I have combination skin, and recently it has felt rough and lacking in moisture, so I am considering doing a face mask every day. However, my T-zone tends to be oily, and since I get small bumps or breakouts if I don't manage it properly, I am worried that using a mask every day might actually be too much of a burden. I think using mainly hydrating masks might be helpful, but I am also hesitant because I have heard that daily use can strain the skin barrier. I would like to hear from others with combination skin about whether you have tried doing a mask every day consistently and whether it helped improve your skin condition.

- 01CommentsIt can be helpful to hydrate with a toner and a light serum, then finish with a cream containing ceramide or panthenol. For blackheads, it is better to manage them by using BHA ingredients gradually rather than using harsh scrubs.832126.10.11
