🙄😥 I have a big hole under my nose. Can I fill it with cosmetics?

I have acne-prone skin and usually exfoliate once a week, but at some point, a big hole appeared under my nose.

I can't fill in the pores even when I try to cover them with concealer. Can I fill in skin pores using functional cosmetics? What kind of cosmetics should I use?

Or do I need to get a dermatological procedure?

I have two holes like this, and it stresses me out every time I look in the mirror.
