Do Winter Cool types really have to wear glamorous makeup?❄️
Hello, I'm Jamong. I've joined the 4th cohort of Unnie's Pouch Supporters. I look forward to working with you today as well :)🤍
🐰 Grapefruit's Personal Color
I am the Yuire diagnostic criteria, Winter Clear True Effect I am someone who was diagnosed with this! (I have the same personal color as Cha Eun-woo hehe)
Do intense colors and high saturation just blindly suit me? Actually, if you look only at the colors, yes! It is true that almond eyes, extreme contrasts, cobalt blue, fuchsia pink, and cool reds are a perfect match for me..𖤐 However, it is embarrassing to say this myself, but my face itself has a really soft, squishy look..🫠 So, if I apply heavy colors to my eyes, nose, and mouth, I just look like "Dad wearing makeup" ••
So, I’d like to explain a little bit about the parts I consider important during makeup!
🍀 Choose one area to have high saturation, and keep the rest natural.
What do you mean by that? If you put emphasis on the blush, leave the lip makeup alone. If you apply strong color to the eyes, make sure to tone down the blush.
If you add saturation to every part, you end up with an overwhelming face like this. No matter how glamorous your face may be Controlling intensity is essential That's right!
Adding saturation to the eyes makes the colors really pop, doesn't it?
If you want a makeup look with vibrant colors, try adding a pop of color to your eyes.
Adding saturation to the cheeks gives a lively and vibrant look. As for the blush... Dosage control This is very important. Please apply it in layers. (If you want really high saturation, you should apply it only to a small area as an accent. Otherwise, you'll just look like someone who put red on their cheeks.)
In the example, I styled it with a light lip.
However, there are two options for the lips.
💬 Light Lips 💄
Applying a light lip color is not overwhelming and is great for daily use.
💬Bright Lips💄
Applying bright lipstick gives you a more bubbly look >_< However, you need to tone down the color on your eyes a bit to make them blend together! (When I'm on summer vacation or on days I want to dress up, I use a clear brown for my eye makeup and apply bright colors to my cheeks and lips💗)
Great for adding a pop of saturation! Recommendations for Clear Blushes for Winter Cool Tones
☁️ NEW Dior Rosy Glow 001 Pink ☁️
Just look at the fan colors—they're gorgeous, right?🩷
Do you guys happen to know about the Will-o'-the-Wisp Karina makeup (under-eye blush)? I use it to create a cool-toned version look by continuously layering it under my eyes (making sure to only apply it to a small area) to add a pop of color.😽
💬 Recommendations for Winter Cool-Tone Clear Tints Perfect for Adding a Pop of Saturation to Your Lips
☁️ NEW Dior Addict Lip Tint 761 Natural Fuchsia ☁️
It is a very cool fuchsia-colored water tint!
The color is cool, and it actually gives off a refreshing vibe haha.
If you exfoliate well before applying, there is no lip product as pretty as this. If your lips tend to be dry, adding a maximizer makes for the best combination •• 😉)
How was it? Haha. Even if you have a bright skin tone that suits high saturation well, you don't necessarily have to stick to heavy makeup! Just mastering the <boosting and slowing down of saturation> for each area according to the vibe you want will get you halfway there. I hope this was helpful, and I'll wrap it up here.🌹
