What would be the best personal color for someone with redness?

My skin is troublesome, but it's also blotchy due to redness and pigmentation. I'd really appreciate some personal color recommendations. I would also be grateful if you could recommend a foundation color and a moisturizing cream as well... I'm sorry for asking so much, haha. But I just want to improve my skin texture and tone, even if only a little!
