Personal Color (Please recommend makeup items for winter cool tones)

I find myself applying thick makeup in the winter without even realizing it. Perhaps because it is cold, it is difficult to find my personal color. I keep ending up doing my makeup in cool tones. I would like to try using makeup items in warmer colors. I would like to receive recommendations for a tone that suits my skin texture. I have dry skin. My skin texture feels quite rough and flaky. Even though I apply a lot of oil-based cream, my natural skin doesn't easily become oily.
