Looking for a color corrector veteran!

My skin is really thin, so I always have severe redness and my capillaries are very visible. Since I have sensitive skin, it turns red immediately from external or chemical irritations. On top of that, I've been told that because I have dry skin, redness is inevitable... I'm not even hoping for the redness to disappear.
