Helps with skin elasticity

What products help with skin elasticity? I actually like winter, but it's really agonizing when my skin gets so dry and rough... ㅜㅜ Moisturizing creams, ampoules, beauty devices—anything is fine—so please recommend anything if you've seen results. I really hope it helps with skin firmness.
