Moisturizing cream recommendations

As the title says, I'm curious about a genuine recommendation for a moisturizer without any ads.

Now that the weather is getting colder, my face feels like a dry drought. No matter how much cream I apply, it peels and turns white after a short while... and lately, it's even been stinging and turning red.

I think my skin is combination skin... but everyone on the street looks so moisturized, so I was curious what they all use.

Could you recommend an oil-free moisturizing cream that keeps skin hydrated all day long?
