flushing only at night

I don't usually tend to get flushed.

As the weather gets colder, I sometimes get flushed.

The upper part of my cheeks always turns red after I wash up in the evening.

It's exactly the same as usual, but I don't know why.

It doesn't look like it turned red simply because it was cold. I wonder why?
