Would the flushing be more severe in this case?

First off, I’ve had Fraxel and Aladdin Peeling regenerative treatments several times in the past. As for the peeling, it really felt like rubbing glass shards together. Is there a possibility that the likelihood of redness increases as the skin is peeled away? I find myself thinking that the peeling makes the skin layers thinner and exposes the inner layers even more, so based on my own experience and standards, I just can't help but think that way. There is no set answer, but it’s only human to keep doubting.
