As winter arrives, no matter how much I try to moisturize with home care,

When I go outside, the cold wind makes my skin texture rough.

Please recommend a cushion foundation that can create a moist and smooth skin texture.

My skin fluctuates between combination and dry.

I like a cushion that doesn't cake easily, even if it doesn't cover blemishes very well.

Also, my skin is on the yellowish side, so I would like it to be able to cover that.
