Maybe it's because the weather is dry lately, but my skin texture feels unusually rough and looks like it has a lot of unevenness.

I am currently using retinol; are there any skincare products that would be good to use with it?

Please recommend mainly ampoules or essences!

Or I'm wondering if changing my cleansing product would help.
