Are there any ampoules or essences that would help with rough skin texture?

Maybe it's because the weather is dry lately, but my skin texture feels unusually rough and looks like it has a lot of unevenness.

I am currently using retinol; are there any skincare products that would be good to use with it?

Or I'm wondering if changing my cleansing product would help.
