Will blotting paper be effective?

I use oil blotting paper every time I go to Daiso or Olive Young

I bought it and I've been using it whenever my face gets oily.

But wiping off oil with blotting paper... something

Will it have a dramatic effect on the face?

If you wipe your face with oil blotting paper, the oiliness...

It seems like it's transferring to the blotting paper, but it's not effective.

I'm curious if there is. And actually, I'm asking because it's a hassle.
