Please recommend an eyeliner.

My eyes have inner double eyelids and are they droopy?

Maybe that's why my eyeliner smudges easily.

It's fine when I apply it, but after a while, it looks like a panda under my eyes.

It's turning dark. The mascara is the same way.

Is something wrong with my eyes?🤣😅 Haha

It dries quickly and doesn't smudge easily when applied
