Eyeliner tattoo removal

Has anyone done this by any chance?

As time passes, the eyeliner tattoo

It looks really bad as it fades.

I don't want to do it again.

If removed, even the double eyelids will disappear.

I'm scared because I heard it's a powerful procedure.
