People said it doesn't smudge and is really good, so I bought it at Olive Young.
It just smudges really well. I bought two based solely on the reviews and gave one to a friend, and my friend says it smudges easily too.
I'm so upset. The best thing about an eyeliner is that it doesn't smudge. Drawing a thin, smooth line is a plus, but it's all useless if it smudges. It still smudges even if I apply powder beforehand and eyeshadow afterward.
I stashed it in a drawer.
