Clio Sharp So Simple Waterproof Pencil Liner

I thought it wouldn't smudge since it's a waterproof product. But it smudged, so my eyelids ended up looking like panda eyes...

My eye structure is such that I can't even wear mascara, though.

It's spreading quite badly.

So I am using a smudge-proof brush-type eyeliner.
