Will applying an anti-wrinkle multi-balm be effective?

If I have a concern about skin wrinkles on my face, it’s definitely the wrinkles under my eyes.

I don't make sure to apply anti-wrinkle cosmetics, but I do make sure to apply a multi-balm under my eyes.

I apply it often, once before bed and also when my skin feels dry.

It says it's an anti-wrinkle cosmetic... but it doesn't seem to have any noticeable effects,

It definitely feels moisturizing when applied.

For those of you who use multi-balm, do you apply it even after putting on makeup?

Actually, whether you wear makeup or not, dryness is always present.

I wonder if applying the multi-balm after makeup causes pilling or smudging...

Or is there a more effective way to use multi-balm...

Do you have any other anti-wrinkle cosmetics you would recommend?
