How is Derma B Cera MD Lotion?

I found Derma B Cera MD Lotion while searching for MD lotion, and I'm curious about how it feels to use.

I have skin that is closer to dry and lacks moisture, but if I apply products that are too oily, it gets itchy and I get breakouts (e.g., Physiogel).
