Did you experience any noticeable effects from women's probiotics?

Did you experience any noticeable effects from women's probiotics?I've been making sure to take women's probiotics lately, but honestly, I'm not sure if they're working well yet.

I started this because I heard it was good, but I don't feel like there has been a noticeable difference.

 

Do you normally have to take this for a while to see effects?

I'm curious how much I usually need to eat to feel the difference.

Or is it just a marketing ploy...? Haha

 

I wonder if there are others like me who are taking it but aren't sure if it's working.

Or I am also curious if you felt it got better at some point.

    사실 저도 여성 유산균은 체감 잘못하겠더라구요. 그래도 꾸준히 먹으면 효과있지않을까용

    전 유산균이란 유산균 다먹어봤는데요. 먹을때만 심리적인 효과로 좋은것 같은데 별로 효과못봐서 지금은 그냥 비타민 먹고 있어요.

    각질제거제를 쓰면 바로 때처럼 밀려나오는 건 실제 각질이 아니라 제품 제형 특성 때문일 가능성이 커요.
    필링젤이나 고마쥬 타입은 고분자 성분이 피부 위에서 뭉치면서 때처럼 보이는 거라서 크게 걱정하지 않아도 된다고 생각해요
