Is there a way to manage and get rid of acne scars?

I have a question regarding skin concerns about acne scars.

Although my breakouts have decreased, my confidence is low due to acne scars. They are difficult to manage because they are a mix of pigmentation and pitted marks.

I would like to know about scar care methods I can do at home, as well as tips on cleansing, moisturizing, and sun protection. Would getting dermatological treatment help?
