I am looking for a skin regeneration cream that will strengthen my skin barrier.

My skin has become noticeably more sensitive and dry since the onset of winter. It is so sensitive that even the slightest irritation during cleansing causes a stinging sensation. I used to apply the Zeroid Intensive Ointment Cream shown in the picture during those times, but since I have nearly finished it, I am looking for another skin regeneration cream to care for my skin barrier. Although I was satisfied with the Zeroid Ointment Cream, I want to try a different product, so I would appreciate recommendations for any good skin regeneration creams. Please recommend as many as possible if you know of any skin regeneration creams that are effective for strengthening the skin barrier. Ideally, I would like a cream with good moisturizing properties.
