It is Physiogel Red Soothing AI Cream. It is from LG Household & Health Care.

It is a very thick cream, so it is better suited for dry skin than oily skin.

They say red is less oily than blue, but even red is oily to me.

Still, my skin feels comfortable, so I continue to use it.
