I highly recommend Physiogel hand cream! It's the Daily Moisture Terrapha Hand Cream, and I found out they even sell it at convenience stores. The size is perfect for carrying around, so I always keep it in my bag. It's moisturizing and scentless, so it's great to use as a hand cream. I'm planning to buy a slightly larger size next time.
