My personal acne skincare recommendations that have settled into my autumn routine!
Hello, this is Miju!
I have been really suffering from internal dryness, inflammatory breakouts, and milia since last summer...
I have settled on this routine and have been using it for over 4 months.
I'm not getting any pustular acne at all right now!!
I keep it on my forehead and chin in tiny, millet-sized spots!
First of all, the first product is
This is Bioderma Essence Lotion💙
A fellow part-timer recommended this to me while I was working part-time.
It is a great product!! Some of you might be expecting a heavy, sticky lotion just because it is called a lotion, but the texture of Bioderma Essence Lotion is exactly like a regular skin toner. It isn't sticky even when applied with your hands, and it really tackles dryness from deep within.
I've already gotten into the habit of spraying it in the first step... haha.
I much preferred using the spray that came with the Bioderma set! I found the bottle a bit inconvenient, so the spray was more convenient and much easier to use! Try testing the essence and lotion at a drugstore!
Next up is the Torriden Balanceful Cica Control Serum!
I really agonized over whether or not to buy the Cica Control Serum, but due to my persistent breakouts, I ended up purchasing it.
But I really made a good purchase... My breakouts just disappeared💚
Torriden Cica Control Serum, the product that gave me my skin today!
The texture is a slightly runny gel!
It is sticky when you first apply it, but
If you keep patting it in to help with absorption, it feels less sticky :)
Lastly, it is the Avène Cold Cream Hydrating Moisturizing Lip Balm!
It's autumn, so it's so incredibly dry.
My lips get dry all the time, so I always carry lip balm with me as a must! 🧡
I was looking for a lip balm with good moisturizing power and discovered the Avène moisturizing lip balm! So I bought it to give it a try, and it's really good.
The real advantage is that it doesn't come off easily and keeps the moisture lasting a long time!!
I recommended several great autumn purchases today. Was it helpful?!
I'll be back with another product next time :)

- 01CommentsIt can be helpful to hydrate with a toner and a light serum, then finish with a cream containing ceramide or panthenol. For blackheads, it is better to manage them by using BHA ingredients gradually rather than using harsh scrubs.832126.10.11
- 02CommentsIt is difficult to improve pores with home care alone, so it is more effective to receive treatment at a dermatology clinic. At home, try to manage sebum, dead skin cells, and moisture without over-stimulating the skin.692026.10.17
