Houttuynia cordata moisturizing cream

This is the EDLP Houttuynia Cordata 71% Moisture Cream from Derma Factory. It seems they named it that way because it contains 71% Houttuynia Cordata extract. It has a lot of moisture and a little bit of oiliness, so it feels like it supplies hydration while forming a moisturizing barrier. I bought it because I heard that Houttuynia Cordata is good for troubled skin, and it’s just okay to use. I feel like it would be good for oily skin that lacks moisture and struggles to control inner dryness. Oh, and it is also vegan certified.
