Physiogel Pro Intensive Cream is said to be a medical device approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.

It is a viscous, permeable wound dressing used to protect damaged skin by forming a physical film on skin with a damaged skin barrier, such as dry skin, and maintaining moisture in the skin environment.

I started using this when my child was young because their skin was dry. I still apply it whenever their skin gets dry.
